JoFit, a woman's performance apparel company, was in need of a new design for their website and a system that could support their increasing sales accounts. In conjunction with Guidance Counsel (marketing for JoFit) and Fiction (site design), Cascade built the new site using the Evergreen CMS and integrated a plethora of custom modules to improve business processes. Now, the JoFit team is able to edit all content pages on the site as well as manage the website through several modules and site management tools.Product / Color / Collections Managers
As with the majority of apparel companies, JoFit had a heavily organized and tiered product base. Whether it be short or long sleeve; golf or tennis apparel; one collection or another, JoFit was in need of an intuitive system that would allow them to easily manage products without pulling out all their hair in the process. To make their lives easier, Cascade created the Product, Color, and Collections Managers where JoFit staff could manage specific products at various levels to associate a color with a collection, a golf top with a apparel category, etc. This has made their lives much easier and produced a clean appearance on the front end as well.
News Module
Allows JoFit to keep their site visitors informed on what's happening with the JoFit staff, athletes and customers
Dealer Locator
JoFit customers are able to locate the nearest retail provider per state
Email Export Module
Marketing managers can easily export a csv file of email registrants via the website
HomePage Image Manager
A site manager can refresh the look of the site by updating images on the homepage
Dealer Extranet Manager
A secure area where dealers can access resources such as order forms, product imagery, marketing copy and additional downloadable information.
We also involved Shopatron in the retail, e-commerce process and integrated this into the front end of the new JoFit site. In doing so, we were able to streamline the purchase process and provide a comfortable shopping experience for the consumer and a valuable result for JoFit.
